Alex Juel
SEO Specialist Link it up, wrap it up, get it out there and get results – that’s what Alex digs doing for our clients every day here at seOverflow. Like everyone who’s found a passion for SEO, Alex started from ground zero via a Craigslist ad many years ago that was looking for “internet savvy” people who wanted to learn about search engines. Five years later and Alex is up there with the best we’ve ever come across in the field (and frankly, we’re glad he’s part of OUR team). He joined seOverflow based on the referral of an industry colleague and since Alex had already met Mike Belasco, he knew he’d be a cool dude to work for. It’s been a win-win situation for the company, Alex and our clients alike!
Geek Stuff: Associates Degree in Computer Science – ITT Technical Institute.
His favorite SEO problem to solve: Alex loves anything highly technical. “The tech-y stuff can be extremely frustrating but figuring it out feels great. Then the problem is easy to fix if it happens again in the future.”
Funniest thing his dog has ever done: His dog was playing in the living room and rammed his head into the wall, creating a huge hole. He kept playing like nothing happened.
Random fact about Alex: His favorite food is green chili and he loves heavy metal and underground hip-hop.
Favorite slang phrase: Shonuf!Alex Juel

Never Run Out of Press Release Ideas Again
June 28th, 2010Press releases can be a great way to get some more visibility into your site, but it can be tough trying to come up with press release content when nothing exciting is going on. If you have absolutely no news to share about your company or even one of your employees, the next place to search is Google News. Nothing happening in your industry? I find that hard to believe, but I guess it could happen. Actually in my case I’m working with a client that provides practically zero input into their marketing strategy, so I have to make do.
