		<description>They can tell your location based on your IP address.  This is not 100% accurate but works for the most part. Also if you are signed into your Google account they may place you according the address you submitted.</description>

While attempting to create my new Advanced Segment in GA, I repeated get the error message, &quot;Missing expression for comparison&quot; and cannot create the segment.  I have gone over the instructions several times and I&#039;m sure I&#039;m missing something silly.  Any suggestions?</description>
